Blueberry Muffins

Blueberry Muffins Directions

1 3/4 Cups of Flour

1/4 Cup of Sugar

2 1/2 Teaspoon of Baking Powder

3/4 Teaspoon of Salt

1 Egg (Beaten Well)

3/4 Cup of Milk

1/3 Cup of Vegetable Oil

1 Cup of Fresh Blueberries

Pre heat your oven to 400 degrees F. In a large bowl, combine all of the dry ingredients. Make a well in the center of the bowl. Combine the egg, milk, and vegetable oil in a small mixing bowl. Add the mixture of the eggs, milk, and vegetable oil to the dry combination all at once. Stir quickly, but gently. Only mix until the dry ingredients are moistened. Gently add in the blueberries and stir until well combined. Fill your greased muffin pans about 2/3 full of muffin batter. Place in oven for about 23-25 minutes. This recipe makes about 12 muffins. When finished baking, let cool and Enjoy!
