Butterscotch Rolls Directions

Rolls Directions

1 Cup of Warm Milk

2 Eggs at room temperature

1/3 Cup of melted Butter

4 1/2 Cups of Bread Flour

1 Teaspoon of Salt

1/2 Cup of White Sugar

2 1/2 Teaspoon of Bread Machine Yeast

Place ingredients into a bread machine, and set it to the “Sweet Rolls” setting.

Filling Directions

1 Cup of tightly packed Brown Sugar

2 1/2 Tablespoons of ground Cinnamon

1 Cup of Butterscotch Chips

1/3 Cup of softened Butter

When the bread is done, roll out the dough until it is about 1/2 an inch thick. Spread the butter over the dough. Sprinkle the brown sugar and the cinnamon over the butter. Evenly distribute the butterscotch chips over the dough. Roll the dough into a tube like shape. Cut the dough into an inch circle, and place in a 13×9 inch pan.

Frosting Directions

2 Cups of Powdered Sugar

1 Tablespoon of Milk.

Stir until desired consistency. If it is too thick then add little amounts of milk at a time, and if it is too runny then add more powered sugar.
