Cheddar Bacon Ranch Pinwheel Directions

 

Tortilla pinwheels
Tortilla Pinwheels.

2 Packages each 8 Ounces of Softened Cream Cheese

 

1 Cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese

5-7 Strips of Cooked Bacon chopped into little pieces

1/2 Packet of *Hidden Valley Ranch Mix

1/2 Teaspoon of Chopped Fresh Dill

1/2 Teaspoon of Chopped Fresh Flat Leaf Parsley

Add Salt and Pepper to Taste

5 Flour Tortillas (10 inch)

In a large bowl, add the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon pieces, ranch mix, fresh dill, and the parsley. Use an electric mixer and mix the ingredients until well combined and smooth. Add salt and pepper to flavor. Lay out 5 tortillas and evenly distribute the cream cheese spread among the tortillas. Spread the mixture evenly around tortilla. Tightly roll the tortillas and place them on a plate and cover with plastic wrap. Place in the fridge for 2 hours or more. When you are ready to serve, remove the plastic wrap, cut the ends off of the tortilla (there isn’t much filling in those parts), and also slice the tortillas about each slice an inch thick. Garnish with herbs, and enjoy!
