Chicken in the Garden

For each person you will need:

2-3 Pieces of chicken your choice (Leg, Wing, Breast, Thigh)

1 Medium sized potatoe, peeled

1 Medium tomatoe

1 Medium onion, peeled

3-4 Mushrooms

3-4 Slices of green peppers

2 Tablespoons minute rice

1 Teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

3/4 Teaspoon salt

Dash of pepper

Dash of Paprika

Dot of Butter

1/4 cup water

40 inches of Aluminum foil

For each serving: Fold foil in half to make a double layer. Crease in half again for a marker. Just off centerfold, place meat and vegetables. Sprinkle with rice and seasonings. Dot with butter and add water.

Re-fold foil, bringing foil up over the food so edges meet and fold the 3 open sides to make a tight seal. Cook on grill over glowing coals, or place in shallow pan and bake at 350 degrees F. oven for about 1 1/4 hours, turning package over at least once. Place on plate; cut an “X” in the foil to open.
