Lemon Poppy Seed Bread Directions

1 Package of Lemon cake mix (Dry)

1/2 Cup of Cooking oil

1 Small Package of vanilla instant pudding

4 Tablespoons of Poppy seeds

1 Cup of Water

4 Eggs

Pre heat your oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl combine all the ingredients. With an electric mixer, beat the ingredients for 5 minutes on High. Pour the batter into 2 greased and floured bread pans. Bake for 50-55 minutes or until done. Let bread stand for 5 minutes then remove from pans. Let cool completely on a cooling rack. Enjoy!
