Mexican Chicken

1 Bag of Cheese Doritos

5 Chicken Breasts that have been Cooked and Cubed

1 Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup

1 Can of Cream of Chicken Soup

1 Can of Rotel Tomatoes

1 Cup of Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Pre heat oven to 375 degrees F. In a 13 x 9″ baking dish, layer the bottom with crushed Doritos (just enough to cover the bottom). Sprinkle the cooked and cubed chicken over the Doritos. In a separate bowl, combine the Cream of Mushroom soup and the Cream of Chicken soup and mix until well combined. Add the tomatoes to the soups and stir. Pour the soups and tomatoes over the chicken and Doritos. Bake for 35 minutes at 375 degrees F. or until it is bubbly. Sprinkle the cheese on top and bake until the cheese is melted. Sprinkle a thin layer of crushed Doritos on top of the cheese and bake for 2-3 more minutes.
